OR330 CNC wood Router Tips:

1. Bits:
This cnc router can use bits with 3.175mm and 6mm. Bits are for engraving, cutting  and drilling. Offer er11 collet.
These bits are usually for working on wood, plastic, arylic. If you works on metal, stone, brass etc, please let us know and 
we order them specially for you.
Mounting on cnc wood router bits: Bits are mounted into the bottom of spindle through the collet. Firstly, put the right size collet to 
spindle taper hole, then put bits into collet. Then use the spanner to fix flat channel, then use another spanner to turn spindle screw at the opposite direction, 
then bits can be mounted on the spindle tightly.
Processing Material And Workpiece Clamp
CNC router can work on acrylic, double color board, hard rubber, brass, red copper, duralium and steeless etc. For acrylic, double color board such material,
we can put adhensive to stick it on the working table; for metal, stone such hard material, suggest use T shape screw and hold down plate to fix on table; when
you process stamp, could mount on a workholder, then fix the workpiece on the workholder.
