Material And Cutting Bits Choose
For processing material of cnc wood router, there are acrylic, wood, PVC, mdf, double color board, copper, aluminium plate etc. CNC wood router bits are tools for engraving, milling, drilling, cutting etc. 
According to the material and processing way, here are some suggestion for cutter choose.
Acrylic Cutting

PVC cutting

MDF, usually is with 20mm, 15mm and 19mm thickness, usually as the blister mold, process is cutting, use 6mm tool.
Copper and Aluminium plate. Usually as the metal letters, cutting process using ball end cutter.
Engraving bits are for 3D engraving and flanging.
