CNC Wood Router Operation Tips

The CNC wood router is very sharp. In order to avoid the injury, do not touch the CNC wood router head with hands while operating.

 Do not insert and pull out the serial cable linked with the computer with electricity. 
Do not insert and pull out the serial cable of the control box with electricity. 

 In order to ensure safety and prevent interfering, the shell of the computer and the cnc wood router should be connected to the earth wire. 

 Please turn off the power in time when the cnc wood router machine does not work.. 
 Please pull out the plug if the cnc wood router machine does not work for a long time. 
The life-span of main shaft motor bearings is inversely proportional to its rotational speed.

Safety Tips for CNC Router Operation

CNC Router:

1.Never try to touch the bit and spindle when the machine is in the process of working on material;

2.Do not open the control cabinet when the machine is working. About this point, OMNI has taken measures, there is safety switch with Schneider brand. When you try to open the control cabinet when the machine is working, you turn around the switch, then the switch can turn off machine automatically without damaging machine.

3.Check the voltage and current, confirm it is right one for machine.

4.Please fit dust collector system on the machine when you works on the material, which easily caused the powder. This is for protecting environment and operator health.

5.Turn off power after the CNC router finish the work.
