Working Flow for OMNI 3D Scanner On CNC Wood Router

Work Flow
1. OMNI 3D-metric : To take high resolution pictures of objects to provide an accurate large scale 3D coordinate framework
for cnc wood router based on digital photogrammetry techniques. Coded and uncoded targets are attached and the scale bars are placed to the object to be measured and multiple images are captured by DSLR camera of OMNI 3D-Metric system.
2. 3DMetric software: Then the 3d coordinates can be precisely calculated by 3DMetric software. Those targets positions are
the reference framework to integrate scanning data by OMNI 3D- scanner into global coordinate system of the object for cnc wood router.
3.OMNI 3D-scanner & 3DScan software: Capture the object from different angles to gain high density point clouds data of the
object by OMNI 3D-scanner.
4. 3D modeling: the data is then imported into the CAD software for planning and designing for cnc wood router.
