What is CNC router

CNC router can be separated to three parts:computer, router controller and router machine. The working way is: We design and create the program in CAD/CAM software on PC, and send this program to the router controller, then the controller can transfer it to pulse train recognized by stepper or servo motor, at last, the motor will control the router form the tool path on x, y and z Axis. At the same time, the router head fitted with the suitable kit, will work on the material fixing on working table to complete the job as designed in the computer.

CNC router can work on the material of acrylic, PVC sheet, ABS board, double layer board, double-color board, foam board, PCB, rubber, metal sheet, MDF, marble, granite etc. The CNC router can engrave,mill, carve, cut, make relief sculpture on material. 
Considering different work, there are several optional accessories, and these accessories can be rather helpful to assist you complete the work.
1. Dust collecting System. It includes one motor, dust collecting hood, two pieces of cloth bag, and one piece of plastic pipe. It can collect the powder when working on wood, acrylic etc efficiently. In this way, it can protect working environment and operator health.

2. Vacuum System, also called Suction System. This system includes vacuum pump, vacuum table, pipes and vacuum switches. It can hold the wood material tightly, protect from moving in the processing. Usually OMNI vacuum table is separated to several sections, every section is controlled by one switch. In this way, it is much easier for whatever size of material you work .
3. Mist Sprayer. This device is for cooling the surrounding air of cutter when the cnc router is working on metal, ensure the cutter with the longer life time, can save cost for you.
